Commission Info

The followings are terms that apply for all commission I do. Before requesting a commission, please read this section!

Terms of Service

  1. I retain the full copyright to all my artworks including commissioned artworks. For example, I may use your commission work as portfolio or future commission reference.

  2. Commissioned artworks are exclusive for personal use. Commercial use and usage for AI training data are prohibited.

  3. Commissioned artworks will be delivered with watermark in highest resolution .png file. It will also be posted (in lower resolution) to public by default. If you don't wish the work to be posted, please specify it in the commission progress.

  4. Full upfront payment is required to start a commission, rough thumbnail(s) or sketch will not be given until the price and payment are sent upon agreement.

  5. Cancellation of commission is only allowed before payment, I will not accept refunds request while the commission is still on progress.

Commission Procedure

  1. Read and acknowledge the Terms of Service for my commission.

  2. Pick a commission sheet to commission from and fill up the forms to start a commission request.

  3. I will contact you to let you know if your commission request is accepted or not.

  4. Upon accepted, further discussion about the commission request will commence to ensure the best commission artwork result.

  5. After discussion and agreement for the commission, pricing and payment bill will be given through PayPal.

  6. After payment, your commission will officially start. In case there's queue, the order will be based on who's first* or "First Come, First Serve".

  7. Periodical updates will be given from me on ensuring a smooth commission progress. You can let me know what specific time you'd like to be notified if needed in case of different timezone.

  8. Revision along the commission progress is allowed as long it doesn't conflict with updates that was previously approved in previous phase (e.g. changing pose after approving initial sketch phase). Additional cost might be incurred if major revision is still needed.

  9. The completed commission artwork will be sent and emailed to you in full resolution and .png file. Additional cropping may be provided from me for viewing and posting purposes.

  10. Lastly, the commission collaboration will be concluded and the final artwork will be posted to public. You still can contact me again if you wish to ask for a minor revision within 24 hours of the artwork completion when needed (free of charges).

*Order of queue also depends on responsiveness of the client to approving commission updates. Client who response late (more than 24 hours) will have their priority temporarily given to the next client in queue and so on.
